Accreditation

Saint Edward School's accreditation is with The Kentucky Non-Public School Commission, Inc.  which is a joint effort with the Kentucky Board of Education.

Accreditation is a process whereby an academic institution is certified as viable in best serving the educational needs of students. The renewal process includes a detailed report complete with documentation and proofs of all areas of institutional efficacy, followed by a site visit by an accrediting team to verify the report. The accrediting body concludes further research including observations and interviews during the course of an observed day of school in session.

St Edward School received its Kentucky Non-Public Schools Commission Accrediation Certification for the period of July 1, 2022 through June 30, 2027. This accrediation recognizes that the program of instruction and the school's operating and governance procedures are in compliance with the established Kentucky guidelines and requirements.

Our next re-accrediation must be completed prior to May 2027.
