I am so excited to be a member of the St. Edward staff. I was involved in public education for 24 years (19 as a teacher, 5 as an aid.) I wanted to continue teaching in a private setting where students receive a well rounded education and the whole student ( mind and spirit) could be developed. I received my Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education from Midway College. I later attended Georgetown College where I received a Master's Degree in Elementary Education with a reading and writing endorsement. I currently teach first and fourth grade reading/language arts and social studies to grades one through five.
I have been a resident of Harrison County my entire life. I am married to Brad Marshall. We have 3 sons, 3 daughters-in-law, and 6 grandchildren. l take great pride in providing a service to the young people in my hometown. I am also involved at Republican Christian Church as the pianist. I am on the Board of Directors of the Cynthiana Museum and hold the office of secretary. I have a love of history, reading, and being in the great outdoors. How fortunate and blessed I am to be able to use my interests in my current teaching position!
